Visitors to this website

We don't use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking script on trackwatch.info. If you're simply browsing this site, we don't collect anything about you. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

If you buy from us

If you purchase prospects, we hold the information needed to process that: your company name, a contact email, a record of your credit balance and standing targeting criteria, and what you've purchased and when. Payment itself is handled by our payment provider, Creem; we do not see or store your card details ourselves.

About our service more broadly

As part of providing this service, we also process information about UK businesses, business name, website address, and technical findings from an automated visit to their public website, in order to identify and compile the prospects we sell. Only businesses confirmed as live, registered limited companies or LLPs via the Companies House register are included.

Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / EU GDPR). We have conducted a Legitimate Interest Assessment covering it, available on request. Scan data is retained for 12 months from the scan date, or until an earlier opt-out request, except for records tied to a completed sale, which we keep as our transaction record. Although TrackWatch is operated from Bulgaria, we apply UK GDPR to all processing relating to UK businesses.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you or your company, ask us to correct or delete it, object to further contact, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've handled your information incorrectly. To exercise any of these, email hello@trackwatch.info. To opt out of scanning specifically, email optout@trackwatch.info.
