Refund Policy
Effective 29 October 2026
Agency buying prospects? Your refund policy are at partners.trackwatch.info/refund-policy/.
This policy covers purchases by businesses fixing their own website. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Fix it myself (€49)
You can have a full refund, within 14 days of purchase, if:
- we don't have guides for your website's platform; or
- the guides we sent don't cover the problems listed on your audit.
Because the guides can be kept once they're sent, we can't otherwise refund them. If you get stuck, you can upgrade to Fix it for me for €200 within 30 days of purchase.
Full Scan (€29)
- Before you confirm ownership: cancel any time for a full refund.
- If we can't confirm the website is yours, or the scan can't run (for example, your website blocks it): full refund.
- Once your results are delivered, the service is complete, so we can't otherwise refund it. If something went wrong on our side, such as a scan that missed pages it should have reached, we'll run it again or refund you.
Fix it for me (€249, or €200 / €220 as an upgrade)
- Before work starts: cancel any time for a full refund.
- If the work turns out bigger than expected: we'll tell you before going further, and you can choose a full refund instead.
- If a problem we agreed to fix is still there when we re-check after the work: we'll keep working on it at no extra cost or, if we can't resolve it, refund you in full.
Problems caused by changes made to your website after we've finished, by you or anyone else, aren't covered.
If you upgraded from Fix it myself, a refund of Fix it for me refunds the €200 upgrade. The original €49 for the guides follows the Fix it myself rules above. If you upgraded after a Full Scan, a refund refunds the €220 upgrade, and the original €29 follows the Full Scan rules above.
