What TrackWatch is

TrackWatch identifies UK businesses actively running paid Google or Meta ad campaigns with a confirmed, critical issue in how their website handles ad tracking and visitor consent, verifies each one against the Companies House register, and sells the resulting prospects to digital marketing agencies and similar service providers. Each prospect is sold once, to one buyer.

What a prospect is, and what it isn't

A prospect is based on what we directly observed during a single automated visit to a business's public website, the same way a real visitor's browser would experience it. It is not a legal, tax, or compliance audit, and nothing in a TrackWatch prospect should be treated as legal advice about the target business's compliance position. A prospect reflects that business's website at the time of the visit; configurations can and do change afterward.

Purchasing

Prospects are purchased as credit packs, priced per credit, in tiers by volume. Current pricing is published on our pricing page. Payment is processed by Creem; by purchasing, you also agree to Creem's own terms for handling the transaction.

Credits

A credit pack tops up your account balance and sets your standing targeting criteria (location, niche, and website builder), specified at checkout. Credits never expire. Each credit is spent as a matching, verified prospect is found and delivered, not on a fixed schedule, genuinely narrow criteria can take longer to fulfil than broad ones. You can update your standing criteria, or broaden it to speed up delivery, at any time, free, by emailing hello@trackwatch.info. You may request a refund of your unspent balance within 90 days of your most recent purchase; see our full Refund Policy for details.

If a prospect is inaccurate

If a prospect you've purchased turns out to be inaccurate, contact us and we'll offer you the choice of a replacement prospect or a full refund for that prospect. See our full Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request one.

Use of purchased prospects

Purchased prospects are for your own direct use only. You must have a valid lawful basis under applicable data protection law before contacting a target business. Prospects may not be resold, shared with third parties, or publicly attributed to TrackWatch without our prior written consent. Purchased prospects are licensed for your use for 12 months from delivery, after which you must securely delete them unless you have an established, ongoing business relationship with the target business.

These points summarise, but don't replace, the full Data License & Usage Terms agreement provided at the time of purchase, which governs your use of purchased prospects in detail.

Limitation of liability

Prospects are provided on a best-efforts basis from information observable during a single automated site visit. We aren't liable for losses arising from issues we didn't detect, from changes made to a target business's site after our visit, or from decisions made based on a prospect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
